Welcome to Southvue Dumpster. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided Southvue Dumpster provides roll-off dumpster rental and waste disposal services. Quotes, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms When you provide your phone number and opt-in to receive text messages from Southvue Dumpster, you agree to the following terms:

• Program Description: You will receive text messages related to your inquiries, dumpster rental scheduling, delivery/pickup updates, billing, and customer support.
• Cancellation/Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or number you received the message from. Upon receiving your “STOP” message, we will send you a final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
• Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@southvueconstruction.com
• Carrier Liability: Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and account activity.

3. User Responsibilities You agree to use our dumpsters only for approved, legal waste. You are responsible for ensuring no hazardous, toxic, or prohibited materials are placed in the dumpster, as outlined in your rental agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability Southvue Dumpster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
